ETA 2094 caliber: dimensions and drop-in group
The published footprint of the ETA 2094 and which movements share it.
Used in: a compact automatic chronograph built on the 2004 base, in smaller chronographs.
A small automatic chronograph at 23.90 mm x 5.50 mm, an ETA 2004 base with a chronograph module. It is far smaller than the 7750 and shares no footprint with it, so the two are not interchangeable.
Drop-in group: 10 1/2 ligne small automatic chronograph (23.90 mm x 5.50 mm). Matching diameter and height is necessary but not sufficient. A donor is only a true drop-in when the dial-foot positions, hand-hole sizes, stem length and calendar layout also match. Two movements can share a case and still need a new dial, re-broached hands or a cut-to-length stem.
